These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our AI financial coaching service, Noorah, accessible via messaging channels (e.g., WhatsApp, web) and our website. By accessing or using our services, a) you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge having read the privacy policy located at credwize.com/privacy-policy/ b) You warrant to us that you are of 18 years or above and are competent to enter into this agreement. c) That, in the event You are entering into these Terms on behalf of any entity/company or its group, you possess the requisite authority to bind such entities, company or its groups to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, you shall have the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service.

Our Services

Credwize provides AI-driven financial coaching and related features. Noorah offers suggestions and insights based on the information you provide. These are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Decisions about your finances remain your sole responsibility. Any enhancements, new features, or updates (“Updates”) to the Service(s) are also subject to these Terms and We reserve the right to deploy Updates at any time.

By using Noorah, you agree to be contacted. You can opt out anytime by messaging “STOP” or contacting support@credwize.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our software, content, or AI models.
license, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Service(s) available to any third party
knowingly, transmit, upload, link to, send or store any viruses, malware, trojan horses, time bombs, or any other similar harmful software;
“crawl”, “scrape”, or “spider” any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Services (through use of manual or automated means);

Payment & Fees

All content, software, and intellectual property rights related to Credwize services remain the property of Credwize or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We reserve our right to re-use all techniques and know‐how gathered by Us while providing the Services to You. All rights not expressly provided to You herein are reserved
